A new-and-improved way to navigate SuperDial

Add background info and response instructions to help our AI better understand the context around your questions and get you the answers you need.

We've updated the Call Results table to better communicate the information that matters to you.

View a template file containing the inputs you would need to place calls via CSV upload.

Users can now view the required and optional inputs for a particular script, as well as a description of each input.

You may now select "alphanumeric" as a question type in your script. Use alphanumeric type for questions that expect a single string of alphanumeric characters, such as an ID or reference number.

We've added the ability to duplicate a script, which will duplicate all of the existing script's questions.

You're not alone when it comes to customizing your script: we've added a "help" panel in the script editor which will answer any questions you have.
